Updated this week

✨ Overview

Attendance warnings and suspensions help protect reliability for clients while giving talent clear feedback and opportunities to improve. They are not meant to be punitive, but repeated attendance issues can limit your ability to accept new gigs.

This article explains what warnings and suspensions are, how long they last, and what you can do to prevent future issues.

📝 Attendance Warnings: What They Mean

Attendance warnings are issued when attendance standards are not consistently met, such as repeated lateness or frequent cancellations.

Important things to know:

  • Warnings last 30 days

  • You can still receive and accept gig invites while a warning is active

  • Warnings automatically expire if no new attendance issues occur during the 30-day period

Warnings are designed to flag patterns early so they do not escalate.

🚦 What Can Lead to a Warning

You may receive an attendance warning if there are repeated issues such as:

  • Arriving late to multiple gigs

  • Frequently canceling gigs after confirmation or close to start times

  • Failing to follow arrival or clock-in expectations

    • This may include not being in required attire or not being ready at start time

🛡️ How to Prevent Attendance Warnings

You can reduce the risk of warnings by:

  • Confirming only gigs you are confident you can work

  • Arriving 15–20 minutes early

  • Being fully in uniform by your scheduled start time

  • Using Team Chat to document arrival or on-site issues

  • Canceling gigs in the app as soon as you know you cannot work

Clear communication and timely documentation matter.

🔍 Requesting a Warning Review

You may request a review only if you believe a warning was applied in error and you have supporting documentation.

  • Submit an Exception Request within 72 hours of the gig

Helpful documentation includes:

  • Time-stamped photos

  • Sign-in sheets or badge scans

  • Manager-on-duty name

  • Screenshots showing communication in the app

⛔ Suspensions: What to Expect

Suspensions temporarily pause your ability to accept new gigs.

What to expect:

  • You’ll receive an in-app notice before the suspension begins

  • You may still work already scheduled gigs if you submitted an Exception Request through the app, and your request is still pending

  • A suspension is active when:

    • Future gigs are removed, and

    • Your profile shows as suspended

  • Each suspension has a set duration and ends automatically

Suspensions are applied when attendance issues continue after warnings or when serious violations occur.

📉 What Can Lead to a Suspension

A suspension may result from:

  • Multiple attendance infractions within a short timeframe (typically 30–90 days)

    • Refer to the performance policy for details

  • Serious attendance issues, such as a No Call No Show

  • Repeated failure to follow attendance requirements

Suspensions are intended to stop patterns from escalating further.

🤝 Help & Next Steps

If you’re unsure why a warning or suspension was applied:

  • Review your recent attendance history

  • Gather any documentation related to the affected gigs

Understanding expectations and taking early action helps keep your account in good standing.
