To work with Ideal Flex Work, you must:
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be 18 or older
Have a smartphone that supports the current version of the Ideal Flex Work app with an active data plan

Many positions require at least 6 months of recent experience.
Only select positions you can confidently do based on your work history.
📝 Skills assessments
Some positions require an assessment to confirm skill level.
If you don’t pass an assessment for one position, you may still be able to move forward with another position you selected.
🕵️ Background check (after an offer)
A background check starts after you accept an employment offer.
