Punctuality is a cornerstone of our success at Ideal Flex Work We take it very seriously and expect our employees to do so as well.
For Zoom interviews,
Your invite link is in the confirmation email you received after selecting your time and date.
Please be in the waiting room 5 minutes before your scheduled interview time.
Use this time to check that your video and audio are working properly.
Be sure to have your 2 forms of ID ready. If an HR representative is available, we can complete onboarding forms if an offer is made.
We understand that unexpected situations may cause delays. If you're running late, please notify us immediately using the Chat feature in the top right corner of the Ideal Flex Work app. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but you may need to reschedule your interview.
To reschedule, you can use the Ideal Flex Work app or click the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please note that excessive rescheduling will result in closing your application.
