Background Checks are a vital part of our hiring process. They are conducted after you have accepted our Employment Offer and before you start working. We will also periodically conduct Background Checks during your employment with us.

Completing the Background Check Disclosure and Authorization form during your application process on the Flex app provides us with your consent to perform these checks.

Background Checks can take up to several days depending on your current and past locations over the last 7 years.
