You are paid by the hour and the rate depends on your skills, experiences, and where you work. Rates range from $11/hour to $33/hour, all depending on location and your talents.

When you apply via the Flex app, your skills and experiences are verified through a number of assessments. These assessments allow us to better understand your experience and knowledge to help align you with active gigs. The best part is that you can be approved for multiple roles, giving you access to different hourly rates.

Once you complete the application process and are scheduled for your Zoom interview, your hourly rates will be discussed with you. It’s also the perfect time to ask any questions.
