This waiting period helps keep the process fair and allows time for new openings on the platform.
Former Talent Returning to the Platform
If you previously worked on Ideal Flex Work — whether you left voluntarily or your account was closed — you can apply again after 6 months from your separation date as long as you left in good standing.

You must meet all current eligibility requirements.
Accounts closed for serious policy violations may not be eligible for rehire.
