Ideal Flex Work does not work like a job board with open shifts to browse.
Instead, clients create bookings and eligible workers receive shift invites. For future dates, shift shifts are typically created by clients or on-site managers who may send invitations directly to workers or request Ideal Flex Work to assign specific workers to these shifts.
🔎 Why you don’t see a list of shifts
Shifts are sent as invites when a booking is created.
Some bookings fill quickly, so you may not receive every invite you qualify for. Additionally, if shifts are not visible, it might mean they haven't been created or posted yet. It's helpful to check back closer to the expected work date or confirm with the manager.
💡 What to do instead
Set accurate availability.
If your availability isn’t set for the day a shift is booked, you may not be included for invites for that shift.
Watch for invites and review details fast.
Some bookings fill quickly, so it helps to review invites when you see them.
Protect your future matching with strong performance.
Positive client ratings can help you stay eligible for more opportunities over time.

Monitor last-minute shift opportunities.
