Your Zoom link is in your confirmation email.
You may also get a reminder text about 24 hours before your appointment.
Join the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes early to test audio/video.
Camera-on is required for your interview.
🪪 IDs (Only If an Offer Is Made)
You do not need ID documents for the interview.
If an offer is extended, Ideal Flex Work (a W-2 employer) will need to verify your identity during onboarding. Having these nearby can help you move faster later.
Examples of acceptable documents include:
U.S. Passport / passport card
State ID or driver’s license
Social Security card
U.S. Birth Certificate
