  • Your Zoom link is in your confirmation email.

  • You may also get a reminder text about 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Join the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes early to test audio/video.

  • Camera-on is required for your interview.

You do not need ID documents for the interview.

If an offer is extended, Ideal Flex Work (a W-2 employer) will need to verify your identity during onboarding. Having these nearby can help you move faster later.
