📬 How Your W-2 Is Delivered
Physical Mail (Primary Method)
W-2 forms for the 2025 tax year have already been mailed to the postal address on file for your account as of the start of January 2026.
All W-2s were mailed to the address on file at the time of mailing
If your address changed after that point, the form may still be delivered to your previous address
W-2s cannot be emailed without your written consent and are not available in the Ideal app
If you have questions about your mailing address, contact the Employer of Record (EOR) team.
🗓️ When You Should Expect Your W-2
W-2s are mailed by the IRS-required deadline of January 31
Since forms have already been mailed, delivery timing now depends on postal service delivery
Allow additional time for mail delivery before taking next steps
📄 Tax Year 2025: Important Notice
For the 2025 tax year, you will receive two separate W-2 forms if you worked shifts across both systems:
Paylocity W-2 (Jitjatjo shifts)
Covers shifts worked from January 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025
Dayforce HCM W-2 (Ideal shifts)
Covers shifts worked from July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Both forms are required when filing your taxes.
💻 Digital Copies of Your W-2
Dayforce HCM (Second Half of 2025 Only)
A digital copy of your W-2 for shifts worked July 1 – December 31, 2025 is available through Dayforce HCM using a web browser only.
This W-2 is not available in the Ideal app
If you are registered for Dayforce Wallet, you already have login access
Otherwise, you must register through Dayforce HCM using a web browser.

Open a web browser (Safari or Chrome).
Go to ideal.dayforcehcm.com
Log in using:

Your Dayforce Wallet password, or
Temporary format:

Create a new password when prompted and save it securely.
Once logged in:
Open the menu in the top-left corner
Select Earnings

If you need a digital copy of your W-2 for shifts worked January 1 – June 30, 2025 (Jitjatjo):
This W-2 is not available through Dayforce HCM
