If you are unable to log into your Ideal Flex Work account because you have a new phone number, please contact workersupport@ideal.com.

For security purposes, please provide the following details to verify your identity. Once complete, we can update your profile and assist with accessing your account:

  1. Full name

  2. Old and new phone numbers

  3. The email address associated with your Flex account

  4. The mailing address associated with your Flex account

  5. The last four digits of your SSN#
