Closed Accounts or Incorrect Banking Info

  • If your account is closed or details don’t match, your bank will reject the deposit.

  • Once the bank notifies Ideal Flex Work, your payment will be reissued on the next pay date.

  1. Open the Ideal Flex Work app.

  2. Go to Profile → Banking Information.

  3. Update your account and routing numbers.

  4. Tap Save to confirm your changes.
