🕒 The dispute is submitted within 72 hours of the gig.
💬 You have a valid reason for being late (e.g., emergency, travel delay, or technical issue).

📲 How to Submit an Exception Request
Follow these quick steps in the Ideal Flex Work App:
Open the app and tap your Profile (your photo icon).
Find the Infraction Notice (shown in red text) and tap it.
Select Submit Exception at the bottom of the screen.
Complete the form:

📎 Attach any documents (e.g., doctor’s note, travel delay notice, screenshots).
Tap Submit to send your request.
⏳ What Happens Next
Your request will be reviewed within 24–72 hours.
You’ll receive updates right in the app on your request status.
