Accessing Your Dayforce Earnings Statements (Online) and Resolving Pay Discrepancies

How to Access Your Dayforce Earnings Statements

You can view your earnings statements (paystubs) directly in Dayforce at ideal.dayforcehcm.com.

  1. Log in using the same credentials you used when you first activated your Dayforce account.

  • Username: firstname.lastname

  • Password: the one you created during your initial setup

  1. From the sidebar menu, click Statements, then select Earnings Statements to view your pay history.

When you open Earnings Statements in Dayforce, you’ll see a list of your pay records organized by Statement, Pay Date, Type, and Net Pay.

  • Type: On-Demand shows payments you accessed early through Dayforce Wallet.

  • Type: Normal shows your regular weekly direct deposit, which is typically processed on Fridays.

Each pay record has its own line item. For example, if you used on-demand pay during the week and didn’t transfer all your funds before Monday night, you’ll see both types listed — your On-Demand payments and your Normal weekly deposit for the same pay period.

You’ll also see your pay dates, regular and overtime earnings, deductions, and net pay all in one place.

Why Discrepancies Might Occur

  • On-Demand Pay Timing
Talent can access their on-demand earnings in Dayforce Wallet until Monday night, following the payroll week (which closes on Sunday).
Any funds that haven’t been transferred out of Dayforce Wallet by that time will be automatically included in the regular Friday direct deposit for that payroll week.
In your Earnings Statements, this will show as separate payments:

  • On-Demand (for early withdrawals you moved to your Wallet)

  • Normal (for your remaining weekly pay)

  1. Untransferred Wallet Funds
If you don’t transfer your available earnings from Dayforce Wallet before Monday night, those funds will roll into your Friday direct deposit. It may look like duplicate pay for the same week, but it’s actually the remainder of your regular pay.

Steps to Verify Your Earnings Statement

  1. Log in to Dayforce and open your most recent Earnings Statement (paystub).

  2. Review the Type column to confirm whether payments were On-Demand or Normal.

  3. Check your Pay Dates to verify when each payment was made.

  4. If something doesn’t look right, contact your Payroll team for clarification.

💙 Final Tip

By reviewing your Earnings Statements regularly, you can easily confirm your on-demand and weekly pay amounts.
If something seems off, double-check your Wallet activity and statement pay dates before reaching out to Payroll.
